Mì ống xào với rau arugula, cà chua và pho mát (Feta cheese) - Kenny C.

Mi xao

16 oz whole wheat Pasta

whole wheat pasta
1 muỗng canh dầu olive
1 muỗng canh boa rô
1 chén cà chua nhỏ
1 chén rau arugula

arugula-larger
Arugula giàu vitamin C và potassium

1/4 chén phó mát (feta cheese)

Feta-cheese

Bắc nồi lên bếp nước sôi cho mì vào luộc, cho vô chút xíu muối và chút dầu cho cọng mì mướt đẹp, luộc khoảng 10-15 phút là mì chín.

Bắc chảo cho nóng, cho dầu vào chảo phi boa rô  cho thơm, cho cà chua nhỏ vào, đảo đều khoảng 1-2 phút. Bỏ mì, rau arugula, feta cheese vào, nêm chút muối, bột nêm và một tí đường, đảo đều cho thấm gia vị. Tắt lửa.

  4. I've been a vegetarian for about 5 months and I'm not a very good cook since I'm only 13. I really love this recipe.. it was probably the easiest and I didn't start a kitchen on fire or anything. on of the things i added to the recipe was some fresh onion. You can add anything more and It'll still be great.

    1. Good luck with your new vegetarian diet. I wish I were a vegetarian when I was 13. You don't have to be a good cook to be a vegetarian, just cook according to your taste is fine. I love this recipe too, I just bought whole wheat pasta and will make something like this soon.
