Công thức
- 1 ly sữa đậu nành (soymilk)
- 1/2 chén yến mạch (oatmeal)
- 1 quả chuối, cắt lát
- 4 trái dâu tây cắt làm hai
- 1/2 muỗng cà phê vani
- 1 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường
Thực hiện
Bỏ yến mạch, chuối và dâu tây, soymilk vào máy xay sinh tố. Thêm vani và đường nếu muốn. Xay cho đến khi mịn. Đổ vào ly và uống.
Chúc các bạn làm sinh tố dâu chuối yến mạch thật ngon.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love smoothies!! They are one of my favorite breakfast items..... I love the oatmeal in it, but I think that 1/2 a cup oat is a little too much. Anyway, the oatmeal made this smoothie VERY filling and I too omitted the vanilla and sugar since I used vanilla flavored soy milk. Great new find...thanks

ReplyDeleteFABULOUS! I have never tried a smoothy with oatmeal! Well ur smoothie look great. I also tried using fresh juice in place of the soymilk. Fresh pineapple juice was especially yummy! Also, when you use juice in place, no sugar or vanilla is needed. Thanks for this great idea. I am thinking of trying wheat flakes too!
